Hey lovelies! Happy new week!!! yay!!! its another new week and am glad we are here! funny thing is the month is running out fast, can you imagine we are almost at the of January? Hmmm time waits for no man, so we all need to sit up and do our thing without allowing negativity deter us from our goals.
It's actually been ages since the last time i put up new post on motivation, please do forgive me.
So today my post is all about achieving our set goals. Some people will ask "how can one achieve their goals" first of all lets describe what we mean by GOAL SETTING.
According to mindtools, Goal setting is an important method of deciding what you want to achieve in life.
So i ask, do you still want to only achieve your in your head or will you raise up and take a bold step? Setting goals does not have to be a yearly thing, it could be as little as daily, weekly or monthly and it doesn't have to be things you cant achieve. Below are a few three steps to achieving your set goals in 2018.
Write them down: Whatever it is you want to achieve, be it personal or not, you need to write it down first because writing it down is the easiest form of reminding your self that this is what you to do. It's also been observed that people a greater number of people who write down their goals tend to find away if achieving them.
Plan how to achieve them: Don't just pen them down and ignore them, keep your write up where you can easily look at it daily, for me it will definitely be my dressing mirror because this is one place i stand every blessed day. Look for the best place to stick your plans while you strategize the best approach to bringing these goals into life.
Take Action: What is planning without putting it into action? Plan and try out your plans, little by little and see how they go, i doubt if they will work out immediately but hey!! don't lose hope when they do not work out as initially planned, it just means you need to try another method. Achieving set goals shouldn't be such an ambiguous task, it should be a step-by-step procedure, so take it one step ( Its called baby steps) at a time until you begin to get results even if they are little. keep pressing until it comes to life.
Are you one of those who sits and only fantasies how you want do something but has never get around to doing them? i got you dear. All you need to start is put them down first and look at them as many times as you want.......................... this has always been a starting point for me.
